Subterranean Underwater Vessel Quest: I found the "Gnomish Inventor building some kind of wierd submarine vehicle. It looks more like a wooden horse pulling a cart. Gnomes are always building something strange so this is no suprise. He asks me to go and get him 20 pieces of coal and gives me "a pocket goblin" which will somehow teleport me back here quickly! How neat! My very own Pocket Goblin!

I went back into town to buy some coal from the Merchant at the local crafting society. Then it was time to try out my Pocket Goblin. He came inside a small pouch. I opened it up and out he came! He had some funny things to say that made me giggle. =D |

I was teleported directly back to the "Gigglegibbler Hideout" to give the "Gnomish Inventor" the 20 coal. He underestimated how much was needed and so I had to go buy more! This time I bought over 100 coal just in case and it's a good thing I did. He then tells me that he is too short to put the coal into his machine. So he asks me to do it and crank it up to try starting it...hmm he looks like he can reach to me...I think he's just scared to do it! What have I gone and got myself into?? Alright I'll do it!

So I start cranking it while hoping I don't blow myself up. Nothing is happening but he tells me to keep going. Prepare yourself folks because this was one of the funniest moments in my quest adventures that I will never forget! Ok so the thing starts smoking!! I'm like "are you sure you still want me to keep cranking this?" and he just tells me to keep cranking it! The more I crank it the more smoke comes out! All the sudden KAAAABOOOOOOM!!! The thing bursts into flames!! I was laughing out loud! HAHAHAA LOL!! =D |

He says we should have not used so much coal. You think?? We put way too much and we're lucky we didn't blow ourselves up too! After calming down a bit from the disasterous event I noticed a sparkling key on the ground. Somehow it was lodged in the Gnomes machine and popped out when it exploded! So something good did come out of all this LOL! I grab the key and go. |
