Subterranean Underwater Vessel Quest: I found the "Gnomish Inventor building some kind of wierd submarine vehicle. It looks more like a wooden horse pulling a cart. Gnomes are always building something strange so this is no suprise. He asks me to go and get him 20 pieces of coal and gives me a "Pocket Goblin" which will somehow teleport me back here quickly!
